Holding an Italian Ruscus plant in your hand you can see the delicate leaves that make up this lovely plant. It is used in many flower arrangements and wedding bouquets because it makes a wonderful filler or background greenery.
In this video chat episode, I share how this plant started from a simple sketch and then turned into a plant illustration in Procreate using some of my favorite brushes.

For filling in color, I used my Monoline Brush (available here)
